In our journey to quality that has begun with the ISO 9001 standard, our different companies operating in the areas such as tour operations, accommodation and security have adapted to the management systems such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System, EFQM Excellence Model, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) Occupational Health And Safety Management System, ISO 10002 Quality Management-Customer Satisfaction-Complaint Handling, ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System, ISO 22001 Food Safety Management System, TS 12782 Security Services General Rules Standard, and acquired certificates in some of them. Within the holding, we have systems that are not certified yet but continued to be implemented by monitoring their effectiveness regularly.
