OTI Holding, since the establishment of ODEON Tours Ground Services which is its first company in 1992, grew in a record level within a short time and entered the 2000s. It used its potential correctly and transformed its group of companies into a holding in 2006. OTI Holding raised its rank among the leading groups in Turkey each year and increased its strategic and operational performance rapidly.

With the growth rate of 21.1% in 2009, 34% in 2010, 0.8% in 2011, 36% in 2012, 26.5% in 2013 and 24% in 2014, it maintained the increase in the number of its guests and put forth its performance evidently in long term. OTI increases its rank every year and today it incorporates important tourism brands in Turkey and the world within its body.

 

Market Shares

After the establishment and development period, the market shares in the markets in which the companies within OTI Holding that completed 20 years in 2012 operate, increased continuously. The increase in tourist number within 2011-2012 is 39.2% and 46% in the package tours. The increase in tourist number within 2012-2013 is 28.8% and 25.9% in the package tours. The increase in tourist number within 2013-2014 is 29% and the number reached 3 million approximately. The package tours which increased by 25% in this period reached 2.5 million approximately.
 

Targets

OTI Holding operates in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Georgia, Egypt, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Greece and Spain through its affiliates and main partners. It sends tourists to 38 countries and 65 destinations, presents travel products to consumers and professionals.

OTI Holding updates its strategy according to the conjuncture of the countries it operates in and takes necessary steps according to the target of being a global actor. OTI aims to structure in Europe in the short term and to become one of the top five actors in the region in the mid-term.
